Operating Model
WH Lab Ops connects the decisions that determine whether a lab launches cleanly: scope, validation evidence, platform needs, quality systems, vendor dependencies, billing readiness, workflow correction, operational cleanup, and scalable execution for teams preparing to launch or tightening active operations.
Align assay scope, instrumentation, staffing, documentation readiness, supply paths, platform needs, and go-live sequencing.
Develop, strengthen, or organize validation strategy, CLIA/COLA-aligned plans, data review structure, acceptance criteria alignment, reports, and evidence-ready documentation packages.
Clarify reporting support, integration readiness, RCM/Billing coordination, partner responsibilities, and operational data handoffs.
Stabilize quality systems, vendor coordination, operational oversight, and leadership visibility as molecular operations grow.

Digital Operations Platform
WH Lab Ops pairs services with operational tools for LIS readiness, launch and operations assessment, validation planning, quality visibility, RCM/Billing coordination, and scalable lab management across launch and active operations.
A laboratory operations platform for workflow visibility, order and reporting coordination, quality documentation support, RCM/Billing coordination, operational dashboards, and scalable lab management.
A structured review of launch, operations, validation, quality, staffing, vendor, integration, clean-claim, and growth readiness for new or existing labs.
A planning tool for validation scope, documentation needs, acceptance criteria, timeline expectations, and review-ready file structure.
A high-level view of documentation cleanup, validation records, quality indicators, audit preparedness, and operational oversight.
A coordination-focused view of operational data readiness, eligibility and claim-status visibility, clean-claim readiness, denial-management support, payment visibility, and OCR/digitization support for billing documents.
A planning view for existing labs managing volume growth, staffing pressure, vendor capacity, automation opportunities, data visibility, and operational bottlenecks.
Validation Lifecycle
Validation work becomes stronger when scope, criteria, data capture, documentation, and final review are treated as one controlled lifecycle, whether the lab is launching a new assay or cleaning up an existing documentation package.

About the Founder
Molecular laboratory operations and strategic execution
WH Lab Ops was built from hands-on experience helping molecular laboratories launch, validate, organize, optimize, and scale. The work spans qPCR validation, workflow architecture, quality systems, LIS/platform readiness, vendor coordination, automation, and operational support for growing diagnostic labs.
The background behind WH Lab Ops includes a B.S. in Molecular Genetic Technology from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and a Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics from UT Health, with a focus on Health Data Science and AI. That mix of molecular diagnostics and informatics shapes the company's approach to practical systems, clear documentation, smarter workflows, automation, model development, operational efficiency, and scalable lab systems.
