Operating Model

A practical system for molecular laboratory execution.

WH Lab Ops connects the decisions that determine whether a lab launches cleanly: scope, validation evidence, platform needs, quality systems, vendor dependencies, billing readiness, workflow correction, operational cleanup, and scalable execution for teams preparing to launch or tightening active operations.

1.

Launch With Structure

Align assay scope, instrumentation, staffing, documentation readiness, supply paths, platform needs, and go-live sequencing.

2.

Validate With Discipline

Develop, strengthen, or organize validation strategy, CLIA/COLA-aligned plans, data review structure, acceptance criteria alignment, reports, and evidence-ready documentation packages.

3.

Integrate Cleanly

Clarify reporting support, integration readiness, RCM/Billing coordination, partner responsibilities, and operational data handoffs.

4.

Scale With Control

Stabilize quality systems, vendor coordination, operational oversight, and leadership visibility as molecular operations grow.

Core Capabilities

Focused Support Across Molecular Lab Operations.

Each capability is tied to a real operational surface: launch planning, qPCR validation, LIS platform readiness, quality improvement, RCM/Billing coordination, vendor optimization, and partner coordination for labs preparing to launch, stabilize, optimize, or scale.
